Hello all,
I have just came into some money and was wondering if there are any supplements that people find very helpful or good for vigorous exercise. Keep in mind I can't have stimulants. I've heard good things about L-arginine but I haven't researched it yet, but I plan to.
I take:
No preworkout except for good food.
Dymatize Recoup during workout.
Whey shake and fish oil post workout.
I also take Accelerade before I do my long or hard runs.
Anything that anyone would recommend? Just wanted to see before I blew my money on useless crap.
