Hey Bro's, a little update for you. I took some advice and dropped my fat's down. Instead of having 2 "regular" brats @ roughly 27g of fat I replaced them with a low fat, zero carb turkey brat which is only 3g of fat. I also replaced the string cheese with a low fat version. I also have been doing a "good" refeed day once per week in which I eat good complex carbs and drop the fat way down. I have dropped another 5 lbs since my last post - maybe it was a plateau or something but either way thanks to everyone for their advice
. I am going to Mexico next week so hopefully I can have a little restraint over my diet!!
