Help with Clean bulking diet

Ok here are stats: 195 14% BF

Gonna do a cycle of sus 250/Deca/Dbol I need a good clean bulk diet that will help me gain the mass and lose the BF (if that is even possible on this cycle). Please advise. I workout in the early morn. Get up at 5am work out from 6:30 to 8:30. Also advise me on the cardio, AM after I work out or PM Bike rides???? Gonna run Pct of Clomid then run Var or Strol for six weeks at around 30 to 40 mg a day oral. Thanks Bros
 
I am by no means a diet expert.....so I will let others field your main question, however, with dbol you really shouldn't expect a raw, lean, vascular look.....my advice is just don't eat foods that will contribute to conditions that dbol tends to contribute to on its own (high blood pressure, SHITTY lipid profile), then worry about cutting later. How tall are you? Honestly, man, unless you're under 5'9 or so, you can probably get nice gains naturally at only 195lbs, and you're lean too, but again, not my business, just my opinion.

I always found steep incline walking on the treadmill for 20-30 min several times a week good cardio that doesn't screw with the weightroom, swimming is good too, and yes, cycling especially if you want to enjoy the Summer weather while it lasts.

Sorry. I am six feet tall. Most of my fat is visible in my love handles, lower back and ass. I have veins in my biceps and delts and you can kind of see my abs. I am also wondering if the AAS cycle of T/Deca/Dbol will do anything for fat burning at all?
 
learn to eat clean and you can get shreaded on just deca, i got veins now in my lower abs after just 300mg e/w of deca for 7 weeks, recovered just fine and kept nearly everything 4 months now after pct.

If you want someone to type out a diet for you... i'm not the one to help ya with that, lol.

Clean diet requires clean foods bro... if you don't know what those are.. i'll type out some:

Lean meats (Chicken, turkey, fish, LEAN red meat...)
ANPB
Olive Oil
Water
No Alcohol
Vegetables of all colors
Potatoes
Oats
Whole Grain pasta (not white, ect)
Nothing processed
No shitty food :)
Nuts (almonds without salt for example)

Eat portions of the size that meets your daily caloric needs by the end of the day every 2-3 hours and you're good.

Trial and error... takes time (months, years) to really figure out what you body likes and doesn't like.

thanks bros. I was looking for some ideas other than my basic tuna, chik, whey, brown rice bullshit. I Just can't seem to shake love handles and belly. abs are so hard and bulging under there, veins in arms and everthing. I am going to try the "build more muscle" to burn more fat school of thought. Thanks for the feedback.
