I have a question about the last 3 weeks of diet down..I have a copy of an example and it saids justtuna and cabage??? How do you have energy to lift and cardio? Do you eat that literally for Breakfast,lunchh, and dinner?
Lastly, I know I am not suposed to drink and soda, can I drink this flavored water that is sodium, carb, and sugar free, and calorie free. It does cantain phenylalanine, and it saids potassium benzoate( a perservative)?
