I am currently taking Tetrazene K6M-90 and I am still hungry.

7:00 am - Breakfast 1 package of oatmeal. No sugar, milk, etc.
10:00 am - snack 1 cup of cherios, no milk
12:00 pm peanutbutter sandwich on whole wheat bread

STARVING! :rolleyes:

I will eat 1 cup of raw carrots around 3:00 p.m. like I did yestereday and still be hungry.
I will eat a small amount of dinner and wake up tomorrow feeling like I never even ate today.

Any help, I would like to try t-rex, but have no idea where to buy it.

You need more protein and some EFA's in your diet. These not only help with fat loss but also suppress your appetite. Also try Fiber One Cerial. 13 grams of fiber per serving. You can snack on it or add it to your oatmeal. And veggies too. Zuchinni, Eggplant, Brocolli, Cauliflower...Seasoned well these fill you up without adding calories. And don't forget water too.

It's because you NEVER really ate anything... of course your hungry, your eating probably only 600 calories in the whole day.

Eat 5-6 meals per day... at the very least 200 calories per meal.
 
What is an EFA?
Also, I havn't lost any weight even consuming less than 1200 calories a day. My body is messed up, my metabolism has slowed way down.
I will add more protien to my diet and see what happens

Olive Oil is good too.

1200 calories is borderline for women. Too low in my opinion. Start adding egg whites for breakfast along with your oats, some cottage cheese at lunchtime, grilled chicken, fish and lean red meat occasionally for the rest of your meals. Try not to drink any calories either. When I'm dieting I prefer solid foods to keep me full. And make sure you're burning enough calories throughout the day with general activity and exercise.
 
I was told to keep dairy out of my diet? One thing I noticed about protein is that it has a lot of cholesterol. I had high colesterol and had to clean up my diet along time ago. I don't want to start consuming a lot of protein and get high colesterol again. Any positive comments on protein and cholesterol?
Thanks for the link, I had bought flax seed, and put it on my salad over the weekend. I havn't eaten anything in the last couple of days that I would want to put the seeds on. So I think it would be a good idea to buy the pill for that reason, also it is lower in calories.

Low fat dairy products won't increase your cholesterol levels. If cholesterol is a problem or runs in the family I'd add a psyllium husk or oat bran fiber supplement to your diet. Both fill up your stomach for hours, slow digestion/insulin release and help "sweep" away any of the bad stuff.
