Help me with a clean diet

Stats are as follows

25yr old
183lbs
5'9"
Ectomorph
Training for ~10 months seriously


I recently bulked from 155-192 in a 4 month period. Eating 3700-4000 cals a day doing this i gained a good bit of size in my chest arms and legs. Problem is eating everything in site added a little jiggle to my mid section. I would like to get to 195 or so while slimming down my mid section. I know its probably about 80% diet and the rest training right. Before while bulking i was just lifting. Mostly compound lifts (bench/squat/deads) Very little cardio aside from soccer games.

Now i'm looking for a simple diet. High protien with as little fat as possible. What foods should i be looking to use as my bread and butter. I'm looking for a good breakfast, good lunch on the go, and good dinner. I plan on taking my normal 2-3 servings of cytogainer as that has worked well for building muscle. If this is a problem with the fat i can change it up. Thanks for all the help ahead of time.
 
Suggest doing some research first and posting up a sample diet, start with chicken breast, fish, steak, oats, sweet potato.
