well i just finished my level with the Bodymax Acceleration program. i dunno if anyone's heard of this, but i went in twice a week, did some tredmill work, some plyometrics, and then lifted...doing every muscle. i know that wasnt the best thing to do with the weights. well anyway, i'm done w/ the program now and i'm gonna join a gym now where i can go whatever days i want.

so i can go to the gym like...pretty much everyday. i'm thinking going 6 days a week, and rest for one day. i'm thinking like 3 or 4 muscles a day, each muscle worked once a week....except abs...i want 2 days for abwork...so thats 4 days left for all the other muscles.

problem is...
i dunno what muscles should be worked together on the same day??
like...should i do all arm stuff on the same day (bis, tris, delts, etc.)
and then leg stuff on the same day (quads, hams, groin, calves)
and then like back a shoulders?
?????
or more something like one arm muscle with one leg muscle on the same day??

also, how many reps?
i'm not really looking to majorly bulk or cut....just maintainance... but i guess you can always build some muscle even if you're not eating a big shitload....maybe?

well, obviously, i need a little help. i know i dont post much here...but i've been reading...and all you guys seem pretty nice. so...can u help a girl out??

as for the grouping it really depends on what body parts you need to accentuate. there are so many possibilities. Here's something you might want to start out with:
Mon: chest and tri's
Tues: quads and calves
Wed: back and bi's
Thurs: shoulders
Fri: hamstring and groin

I know you said that you want only 1 day off, but two days off each week is better IMO!!! but that's just what works for me....so it might not work for you.
As for the grouping....here's a couple of ways you can group muscles together:
chest and tri's
chest and shoulders
back and bi's
back and hams
bi's and tri's
quads and calves
all legs
shoulder's and bi's
shoulders and tri's
and those are just to name a few....I hope I've helped out a little.
