I did my lower body DC workout on Tuesday. Was doing hack squats, just 2 sets, one heavy for 6 reps, one very intense 20 rep set 90lbs lighter. Now ive been increasing in poundages by 40lbs a week on major leg exercises, but now its Friday night and i can still hardly walk. Quads are just fried, hams are fine though, even with gluteham raises after the hacks.
Hopefully by tommorrow it won't be sore and i can get my ass down to the gym to do my squats.
