Hello ALL,
OMG, I can't believe it has been soooooooooooooo long since I have been on this forum!!! I am not sure when my membership is running out, but I do not think I will be renewing.
I have been 'head hunted' by a few other forums, and of course I have to post on my coach's forum!
So with work and Uni, and now some photo shoots and my very own website soon! ARRrgggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh
One week out from my first comp of the year as well, and a lot of you know what that is like, AND I have a bloody COLD!
Supposed to look good! RIGHT, I am just getting in training, let alone the hairs and nails thing!!!!
This will be my first proper 'figure' show, I really had no idea the first time I did figure, and I think the compulsaries are SO MUCH MORE DIFFICULT! AND they hurt more to hold AND you have to do it in HEELS!
So just a shout out and a big cyber hug for all the sisters! I will try and have a look-see sometime in the next two weeks!
And remember, as women who train to build our bodies, we are a precious as gold dust! My coach has told me that I from what I have seen 'tarting' around other forums, I believe her! There are more of you in the US, and I really hope to make a trip this year to see some of the big shows, hopefull even make it over for one of the worlds, fingers crossed. I think the WNBF (World Natural Bodybuilding Federation) BIG world finals are in New York!
