i know i can work harder especially on my leg days, but the problem is that wheni do lunges (for eg) i do them w d/b's and can only carry up to a certain amount in each hand, though i know my legs can stand more weight. Should I drop the weight and do more reps..
i know myself this is the wrong thing to do.
I have avoided usuing machines for a while, as im sure its not doing my joints any good.
