Have you ever Crushed Someones Hand?

I have a quite good looking girlfriend, and when we go clubbing or to a pub, there's always a few drunk shitheads that try to make a move on her. I aint no big guy, only about 150lbs and 5'9''.

I hate to tell these dipshits to stay away from her because they always want to fight me since I am an abvious easy victim, and there are quite a few guys that really like to humiliate people and get in fights where i live. I know my chances of winning a fist-fight are slim, but I don't want to look like a coward either.

Well, I've decided to handshake-crush one of these fellas hands once. I am uncertain about weather I ever will be able to do this, so I am going to need some feedback.

I work out my forearms with focus on crushing strenght every 4 to 5 days. I do the Captains of Crush gripper, plate leverage (holding on only to on inch on the plate), reverse DB curls, no-strap chins and DB forearm-curls.

I currently manage about 20 solid reps on the CofC trainer. I know this aint a lot, but when i first started (two months ago) I could only do about two, so my progress has been good.

Please reply if you have ever handshake-crushed someones hand or seen someone else do this.

What would be a good time for me to try this? (e.g. when I manage to fully close the CofC #2)

Should I change my workout routine? How long time should I wait between the sets? And should I invest in the Ivanko Super Gripper? I am going to get theCofC #1, when I manage to close the trainer 25 times.

I've never done any cycles, but I was thinking of popping some good high quality var to up my strenght if I reach a tough plateau.

Any other tips?

You don't need a strong grip to hurt somebody with a shake.....just grab their hand firmly around the knuckles and roll the knockles around on one another......

Better still.....shake their hand whilst you kick em in the nads or kick their knee back or sideways. Judging by one of the threads on here lately there are plenty of people here with tips on fighting to win hehehe.

I have two inside the bar tactics that are gauranteed to knock a bitch out oryour money back!

When you are close to them face to face or a little further back, step up close enough as if to talk to them for a sec. Then say "Hey man" YOu being little must talk first, to take their mind off of an attack. "Hey man" Then i assume your right handed stand with your left slightly in front so you can generate a little power and the whole time look them in the eye like your talking....then BAM, throw un upper cut in to their underside of the jaw. The chin. But listen dont telegraph what your gonna do. This is where power comes in handy, but not to worry little man speed is power! Throw while turning your right shoulder in and slightly pivoting the hips. Practice it in front of a mirror. Look yourself in the eye and drive your hand in front of you like an assailant is there but use your chin in the mirror as aim. Practice speed and faking your self out by not telegraphing the punch. Do you understand me?

The other is the same except for closer corders. But in this one use your line first "hey Man" Then BAM, quick as lighting you open their nose up with your forehead. And on both of these be prepard to throw an immediat, i would prefer a left hook then right, but you just throw! Drink a little courage first. Good luck!

using the grip method is probably not your best means of attack. i would use something more like pljay. i hardly ever fight, but if i do, the fight isnt going to last very long. i will never swing at the torso. i go for the throat, the eyes, the knees, the nose, and the crotch. hit whatever breaks the easiest or whatever stuns the person. make sure you get them down on the ground. you would be surprised how many people cannot fight off the ground. being an x-wrestler, i am very comfortable being on the ground, and once i'm there, once the opponent is down. it's totally over with. all you need to do if your first blow isnt strong enough is make sure he doesnt get back up. good luck.

If ya cant get the punch in or if he is still standing do the old hiking/cowboy boot to the knee thing.. I acutally broke some guys patella one time after he messed with me (and I will be honest he whooped me but I was 145 lbs at this time and he was definitely over 200).. after he got the best of me he stood in my face with the finger wavin thing and I just dropped him with a heel to the knee.. I almost felt bad cus he was in excruciating pain.. (not really:) ) ambulance had to come get him.. heard he had a 3 hour surgery... still see him occasionally at the bar I am since 165 lbs (little bigger) and he is still the same.. rumor has it he wants to break my leg... ha...I told his friends I leave 12 midnight every time i am here so he know s where to find me if he would like a matching knee to make it a box set.. he hasnt messed with me since... sorry for the run on but in a pinch .. take out the knee.. he wont get back up...

try this

fi you are insdie on a guy like powerliftjay described use your elbow not you hand. pretend you are flexing you bicep now but pull your hand in so tight it will almost touch your delt. Now an inch or so above your elbow is the sweet spot. This place is ten time more sold then you fist and you get a ton more power. drive that up like an upper cut when his teeth smash togther that is it lights out. thats why hockey players and boxers wear mouth gurads. It is not to protect their teeth bot to keep them from smaking together. If he does go down from this blow it will stand him back up take this chance and hit him rightin the eyebrow with your elbow. It probally split it right open and he is going to bleed like a son of a bitch. If he still does not go down head but his ass dead square in the nose. I you do this right noone in the bar will fuck with you or your girl again. Every one will think you are nuts and leave you shit alone. Three hits that is all it will take.

PEACE

You guys got keep in mind he cant fight. With that said he needs to keep it simple. Being an ex wrestler my self Iam just as comfortable up as i am down. I have done both, so my advice could be very technical or very simple. The fight will not last long. Wether you finish him or not. Since your small dont go outside and square off. You will die! LOL just kiddin! Anyway do like i say, you do it right, there done. If not knocked out there fuckin hurt. I can grapple well. But i have done it in a bar and got a boot acros my nose. YOu will get beat on the ground by his boys unless your boys are there and your not out numbered, (that is what happen to me). Not a comfortable feeling. I stood right up and chased that bitch down! When i got in my truck i hadnt seen a mirro but i knew i was fucked up. I didnt wanna see! Anyway that was my advice above, use it or not.

Here is another piece of advice, dont take your women to ruff bars! Good luck!

One more thing....

Not saying Brokklynboy is wrong cause he isnt. But i am a hell of an elbow thrower, but... i throw elbows down not up. If i get on top of you and commence to pumble you , you can bet it will be elbows. Even on the top of the head. I opend somone up like that. But i always throw them down. When punching up you need more speed and reach. Its to awkward (for me) to throw hard with an elbow and still be quick from a stand up straight shot. If i line up to guys hit one (both upper cuts) with an elbow and fist the fist will be much harder and way more damaging. For me.

Heres another little piece of advice. A lot of guys expect their to be some type of shove before the fight starts. Fuck that. I got in a fight this weekend and before this guy even got to finish his sentence his ass was on the ground with me on top of him. I got word that he couldn't see out his eye for four days. I feel bad actually because i'm not a fighter but if i'm gonna do it i'll be the first one to throw.
