Hard work...no results

Hello.

I'm 6'1", 204 lb, 14%bf.
It's long time that I'm trying to get ripped with no results.
Even though my workout regime is very good and my diet very focused, it seems I cannot reduce my bf!
My intake of calories is around 2500.
My diet includes:

8.00am Protein Shake
10.00am Cottage cheese + 1 scoup peanut butter on whole weat
1.00 pm Roast beef wrap with a slice of cheese
4.00 pm Peanut butter on one slice of Whole
6.30 pm (pre workout) sens carb protein bar
9.30 pm chiken or steak
12.00 am (before bed) Protein shake

I workout 4/5 times a week and I do cardio for 35 min twice a week.

Do you think it's genetical that I cannot get ripped?
Just curious to know if there are other people out there with my same problem.

Thanks

Do not eat fat and carbs together. Eat only protien fat, or protein carb meals. Whole wheat bread, is still not good carbs. Replace it with oatmeal or sweet potato.

More cardio
Less calories

and supplements (ephedrine HCl, clen, ....) should do the trick

2500 calories and you dont know why u still have 14% bf??

I workout 4/5 times a week and I do cardio for 35 min twice a week

Twice a week??   when tryin to cut u might wanna try 4x a week you lazy fatass!

j/k :p just some tough love

blaming diet is never effective... you might want to throw some carb/cal up days in there once in awhile, if you've been doing this for awhile, your internal chemistry, i.e. leptin, t3/4 may be lagging and preventing you from operating at full speed. The carb/cal ups should give your body a recuperation day to remember what it's missing :D

Lazy fatass?! Are you talking about your mother?
If you knew a bit more about body building, you would have not given this answer.
The intake of calories I have is more then right for my stats!!!
Otherwise I would start loosing lean mass.
What you could question is only the cardio part.
