Bottomline is that what's done is done. You should take steps to prevent you and your girlfriend from ever being in such a position now, aka learn from this tragedy, but leave the retribution to the police and courts system. Just leave the gear out and it will not be a problem. Do you really think the cops are gonna open a case against you, the guy and girl whove been home ivaded, b/c the lowlifes "claim" you had illegal drugs? That will probably just earn them a more pissed off investigator and D.A.. We are conditioned by our lifestyle to view the law as the enemy, but in this situation they will be the best thing you've got going. They take acts like these personally and will go after these guys with a rage similar to yours when they hear your girl tell the terrible story. The difference is they can wreck these guys legally, you on the otherhand will probably go to jail and possibly get wrecked yourself. Play it smart bro, all that matters is these asses get theirs. Don't sweat the gear its a non-factor. Be strong for your girl, she'll suffer twice if she has to worry about you rolling out vigilante style.
