It's been a long time since I've posted regularly. It's always nice to come back to a board that maintains a certain degree of quality postings. I notice many new names, but remember the regulars from last year. Where's Phem, though?

Just to recap: I had a baby last August. Taking care of the little tyke, coupled with trying to finish school and leading a rugby team has kept me very busy. I'm fortunate to have a gym that lets me take the baby with me. The little fellow stays in his car seat and watches music videos.

One reason for this post is my motivation. I'm usually a self-motivator, but after teaming up with people who constantly complain, I find myself getting depressed. I often stop by to get motivated. I'm done with vicariously living through other people's post. Can I have a "don't give up".

It's been nearly a year and I still haven't rid of that post partum pooch. I lift 4-5 times a week and implement 45-60 min of cardio at least 3 times a week.

I could cheat all the way and opt for liposuction. It cost only $1500 over here. Well, I have 18 months to decide.

I've also considered AS to increase mass for rugby. Will it be a waste? I have been lifting for 15 years and believe to have a reached a plateau.

I gave him kisses for you, too. Congrats on the mod position.

I follow the food guide pyramid. I've been contemplating changing it to a higher protein, but don't know where to start. That's why I'm here. Any suggestions?
