Good quality Flat weight bench

I need a new Flat weight bench (good quality) that has a lat pull-down option as well as a seated row option. I need it to hold Olympic sized plates. Any opinions on the best?
My choice MARCY DELUXE FLAT but But I am not clear for this product. I don't understand it good or not?
any advice and suggestions will be greatly appreciated?

my advice is craigslist... you can get a damn good deal on weight training equipment, also look for gyms that are closing down and dumping their stuff..

Like @stevesmi suggested - keep your eye on craigs list and classified ads. You can often get a really good set up for dirt cheap.
