Had a good workout tonight...figured I'd share:
Deads 3 sets of 5 up to 285 .....(light)
Puldowns - 170x17
Seated rows - 165x18
Barbell curls - 120x14
Hammer curls - 45's x17
Shrugs - 360x16
then went and pounded on a heavy bag for 20 minutes for my cardio.....this was fun. Felt great.
My grip is too shot to do my grip work tonight, and my knuckles are a little tore up too...haha
I'm gonna go eat some tuna and hit the hay,
I love going to bed exhausted.....goodnight!
