GOOD breads?

it can't really be an oxymoron..

right now my carbs are from brown rice, oats, and dextrose pwo. im looking to add another one in since im getting a little f'n sick of rice and oatmeal :)

are there any "good" breads? i dont care if eating a slice is like chewing a brick, as long as its low gi and will fit into my current/upcoming diet plans!
 
oat breads are usually low GI

and organic whole wheat bread is not evil even if there is some carbs
 
As you get use to eating only those carbs, you will not only not mind eating it all the time, but you will loose your appetite for other foods as memory of their taste fades from your memory.

My diet now consists of only four things - raw oats, whey concentrate, flax seed oil, and dextrose. Well, obviously water and a bunch of sups for joints, fish oil caps, multi vitamins, vitE supps, etc. And I need to figure out how to get some sodium in my diet (a pill maybe).

It was hard at first but now I don't really desire other foods. Not even diet pepsi. I don't even keep Peanut M&Ms in my desk anymore (I use to have a few each day as a treat).

While I haven't quantified the cost of the flax seed oil, it otherwise only costs me $3.87 a day for the 2614 calories (44% protein, 26% carbs, 29% fat) for one workout days and $3.94 a day for two workout days at 2725 calories (42% protein, 29% carbs, 28% fat).

These new costs will be in the updated Synpax Diet 3.

hahah...why limit yourself to certain foods? Life's too damn short.........If I can get to 6%bf in 10 weeks, and bulk cleanly with eating mostly of what I want, I see no point.....eat whatever the hell you want, just keep moderation as the key.......mmmm.......oats and flax everyday, betcha cant wait till your next meal...........

As for junk, havent had it in YEARS...no desire.....but there are much better things.........

syn, oats, rice, and dextrose have been it for about 5 months now other than a cheat meal once or twice a week. i'm used to the idea of only eating that stuff, but im not a robot bro ;) just looking for something else to toss in the mix

ive been maintaining on my diet for the last 2 or so months, and im gonna run some clen and cut calories in a couple weeks. the bonus of bread for me is that i dont have to prepare it :)
 
since every store doesnt have the same brands of bread, youre best bet is to check the nutrition facts and especially the INGREDIENTS and go from there. A good bread will have 5-6 ingredients with whole wheat flour (or some other good flour) as #1. Remember there is a difference between whole wheat flour and wheat flour (but in general all flour is bad :) )
