Going off-Season and off Roids

Hi Guys. I was wondering if anyone can help me. I started competing last year, and for the first time took steroids. I saw great results, but due to not a lot of knowledge, when I stopped, I gained 15kg's. I want to avoid it this year. The problem is I am doing 2 hours cardio, eating around 1000cal diet and taking tetroxin, anavar, winstrol, hgh, clenbuterol, eca, kessar, and proviron. That is a load of things and I am scared that if I go back to a normal lifestyle pattern, I am going to gain a lot of fat again. I stuggled the whole year to get rid of it.

I was thinking of going off it slowly, and adding calories week by week to my daily diet, as well as adding coffee with milk and 2 cheats in. What do you guys think about that. And I will check the amount of pills I have left and taper it down slowly. The thing is that I am 7 weeks out and still have a long way to go. I do not know if I want to push through, because I am really stuggling this year. But I am so happy with my results so far. I just don't have the time and finances to carry through. I had a lot of peanutbutter and rice cake cheats this week, and I am feeling like a failure because I can not keep my mouth shut and stop the cheats.

bit of a pickle eh?

well...youre going to gain some weight back...the very low bf required for a female to compete just arent sustainable, nor are they healthy

you are also going to suddenly change your hormonal profile from testosterone dominant to estrogen or (ideally) progesterone dominant when you drop everything
as far as tapering down...I don't think it will make a big difference...whats 90% of body fat and composition is diet

whats startling is how low your calories are and how long have they been that low? Im guessing way wayyyyy too long
I will suggest two things...stay on your cycle for now (as long as youve got left perhaps taper down to save $$) drop the eca pick up t3 because there no chance your thyroid hasnt decided to slow down on that low of cals
pick up a very clean diet and I'll suggest something paleo, keto, and or IF and ADD calories like 100 a day a week until youre at 1800 cals ...then taper off the t3
and build as much large muscle as you can right now...think legs, butt, chest , back

you HAVE to research the t3 thoroughly before touching it

and I SHOULD have done this first...but I need your age, gender (assuming female by s/n), bf % weight, height and your diet is already terrible if youre at 1000 cals but please post it up

I only put up the info I did because youre already a hot mess and I wonder how you're functioning at all and genuinely worry about what you've done to yourself

also looking at your stuff...drop the winny, and post up the doses/dosing schedule of everything else you're on right now

youre on way too much shit with way too low of cals...and give me an idea of your training schedule

I totally agree!! 1000 calories at 7 weeks out is not good and you are taking a ton of stuff!! I would suspect the weight gain after your last show was in part due to the extreme dieting and then going crazy eating vs coming off drugs (although that can play a role). You are over eating on the cheats because your intake is too low. Even if you are really tiny, size wise, it's too low.

I think you need to decide if you are going to see this next 7 weeks through and then we can guide you based on that decision.

I'm curious what kinds of sides you are experiencing and doses as well.....
