I'm just starting to workout alot and so im fairly new to this whole thing, but my main goal is to get lean and big. so im shopping around for protein mixes but since theres soo many different kinds i asked a friend for advice. he recommended Oryx Goat Whey Protein Mix. Anything i need to know, or am i good to take it? Keep in mind, that im fairly new to this type of workout.
