35lbs 4 sets till failure just to squeeze a little more outta my chest but was pretty much spent
hammer strength ab work mega dropsets 3 sets-will start doing these more, I need more size on my abs
since I've started tren 3 days ago it seems to be really spiking my apetite, i've been waking up and heading right to the cereal lol, last night I had a pb and tibanana sandwhich too and it looks like im leaning out so i'm gonna take those xtra cals my body is asking for and add more carbs pwo which will put me over maintanance by a couple hundred cals probably but tren is hungry I feel like I know my body well enough and i'm lean enough right now to hit sub 9% in 5 weeks or less so i'm playing with my calorie intake for a couple weeks
