i used to play soccor and i ehthusast bodybuilding 4 yrs ago.
i am presently using HMB , creatine, and L-glan and optomon 100% protein shake !!
and the most amazing thing in china is beef is very cheap to get in market!
i eat 2kg beef per day ,30 eggs white plus 2fish , vegetable and rice!
i have 7meals per day and doing 1 hr cardio in the morning and 15mins after afternoon training !
my routine:
Mon
morning:
1hr cardio target HR:128
afternoon :
legs

Tue
1hr cardio...
afternoon :
back and tricep(limit it to 45mins)

Wed
1hr cardio...
afternoon:
45mins cardio

Thur
1hr cardio
afternoon:
chest & bicps

Fri
1hr cardio
afternoon:
45min cardio

saturday:
1hr cardio
afternoon:
shoulder & calves

SUN:
1hr cardio
afternoon:
45mins cardio

and another cycle

plus: i do abs with the afternoon i do cardio days !
 
well its working, like i said earlier, if you competed in amatuer bodybuilding competitions, you might win, your proportionate, plus i can see your legs are huge under clothing, post some pics of the wheels. keep doing what your doing
