I'm investigating for my fiancee. She came to me the other day and wanted me to start her on GH. I've taken GH before and everything else under the sun. I've got personal experience but have no idea what it will do to a woman.
She trains X 5 per week, mostly cardio but does incorp light weight training. She is consistent with training but her diet is not. Here lies the problem.
She recently was doing 5mg's QV Var ED and it made her blow up. I've never seen ANYTHING like this. She put on 10+ lbs in less than 3 weeks. She stopped when she got close to the 15lb mark. There was PMS in there also but she's 5'3" and started out @ 118. She stopped at 134 and now back down to mid 120's. Major flux of weight on Var........ Girl got strong though!
She wants to loose BF and keep the gains from the short time on Var..... I'm going to suggest reg cardio/training, clean diet, and 2iu's ED. We are 8 WEEKS OUT FROM WEDDING DAY and I don't know what to suggest since she has the hardest time with diet and staying away from sugar and cholocate.
She's been a cardio person all her life and has been able to eat anything and still stay extremely small. She can't stay away from sugar/chocolate which is understandable......
Objective is to lean up while keeping muscle mass with semi-dirty diet. Seems GH will help with little to no side effects.
