First post b/c I'm new over here trying to find women who have had experiences with GH.

I've heard that 2iu's ED is a good place to start but shouldn't go above that. Anyone have experience in this field and what results were experienced. There's already a thread on this issue but it doesn't address how much is good and where to draw the line.

What are your goals and how do you think GH works into helping achive them? What is your current diet and training like? Oh and welcome :qt:

Thanks for the interest.... I need to give more info.

I'm investigating for my fiancee. She came to me the other day and wanted me to start her on GH. I've taken GH before and everything else under the sun. I've got personal experience but have no idea what it will do to a woman.

She trains X 5 per week, mostly cardio but does incorp light weight training. She is consistent with training but her diet is not. Here lies the problem.

She recently was doing 5mg's QV Var ED and it made her blow up. I've never seen ANYTHING like this. She put on 10+ lbs in less than 3 weeks. She stopped when she got close to the 15lb mark. There was PMS in there also but she's 5'3" and started out @ 118. She stopped at 134 and now back down to mid 120's. Major flux of weight on Var........ Girl got strong though!

She wants to loose BF and keep the gains from the short time on Var..... I'm going to suggest reg cardio/training, clean diet, and 2iu's ED. We are 8 WEEKS OUT FROM WEDDING DAY and I don't know what to suggest since she has the hardest time with diet and staying away from sugar and cholocate.

She's been a cardio person all her life and has been able to eat anything and still stay extremely small. She can't stay away from sugar/chocolate which is understandable......

Objective is to lean up while keeping muscle mass with semi-dirty diet. Seems GH will help with little to no side effects.

What I put in bold are all the reason why she should NOT be using GH or Var. Clean her diet up for sure that is #1 you must know from you own experince how importnat that is. Get her to get on a clean diet and have 1 cheat day a week at least then she will still get a little taste of what she craves. Also get her to research on her own it is sweet of you to help but she needs to take responsablity for what she puts in her body.
 
What QT said, along with adding the fact that she does not really lift weights.

Fix her diet, getting her training smart ...... for a couple YEARS ..... THEN, MAYBE throw in these supplements.
 
You're absolutely right...... Train smart, eat right, and get some sleep, then look to AS.

I know she's researched GH b/c she asked for it based on what she's found.

I agree fully about not being on Var and GH, bad idea.

The diet thing is frustrating to watch but I wouldn't change a thing about her. Absolutely perfect!

Let me come full circle, I'm assuming 2iu's ED is a safe place to start.

I'll let her figure it out herself. I was just looking for some experienced knowledge.....

If this girl spent all this time researching GH & var, she MUST"VE come across the part where you train & diet???

Hell, get her on here & have her spend some time researching what the girls have accomplished since New Years w/ protein as the only anabolic and pushing weights as the only "growth".
 
Less is more when I was considering running it. I was going to start at 1iu and see how I reacted. For a varity of reasons I thought it best not to run it at this time. I just tweaked my diet and training and will continue to do that tell the point where the GH might actually be needed. Serioulsy save your money get her to clean up her diet.
 
She's not going to stack anything..... Only GH and yes, she wants to use GH to cheat on fat loss for the wedding.

GH isn't goign to do anythign spectacular in 8 weeks. You need to go like 6 months to get "results" that you could get w/ diet & training. Not worth it.
