Glad you got some running in! I bet you feel tons better. Hope you can compete this weekend. Even if you don't have 100% to give, look at it as a long training day!
thats awesome GG!! I've been reading your journal and I am a runner myself but have slacked due to trying to add some muscle are you maintaining muscle while running? I would luv to run again but have been told...that it will chew up all my gains..any input be would appreciated
Well my leg muscle has remained about the same even more deffinition.....BUT my upper body has really lost strenght...so my goal is to finish this season in the next few weeks and then make the gym a higher priority.....
