I need some help. In the past when ive tried to gain weight by eating a lot I always end up with a gut. Now that ive been running Ive cut back my gut a little. I want to start eating a lot again and hope to get to my 200lb body weight goal by my birthday (july 15). If I eat a lot and still did cardio 2 to 3 times a week will that keep my gut away? My body weight now is 180lb
