Gaining Weight Quickly (Cheat foods)?

Dear Ef, Another thread with another question. Some may intend to become old or I may annoy some but I am learning so much and some of you are the motivators of me to lift.

Well My best-friend and I have been going 4-5x a week and competing at every lift we do which forces us to give it our all. Well to get to the point We pretty much have the same stats
I'm 6'0 165-168
hes 6'3 165-168

Were both trying to see who can hit 170 first and maintain it?

Any secrets or foods that I can eat to bulk it up (not all fat tho)
To add lbs and lift to bulk up soon.

Thats my goal I wanna hit by my birthday on february 26th.
 
peanut butter will gain the weight, do cardio to keep off the fat

chicken and fish will put it on lean, also do tons of protien shakes with medium carbs

you can use Jif but somepeople will recommend the natural peanut butter from a health food store, i dunno some supermarkets may carry it

i use to eat 6lbs of peanut butter a week, not including my 24 chicken breast a week and 4 cans of salmon :) Meals of champions. I keep the peanut butter to about 1 or 2 lbs a week now.
