I gained 4-6lbs since thursday and i haven't done corn's workout routine yet, just been eating and doing a normal 1 muscle a week split. Not alot of it was fat, I can still sort of see the 6 pack when flexed. I am stoked, can't wait to get some creatine and more protein powder and go for corns plan I will post a training journal when I do.


Thanks Corn, Thanks bfold and thanks everyone for getting me to do ATF squats and deadlifts. Heres to more gains.
 
that's good. i am starting to eat more than i pretty much ever have, and i do plan on seeing gains (it's been a while). i'm am accompanying my eating program with gvt2000.

yesterday i ate:
3/4cup oatmeal (precook)
3 whole eggs
3 egg whites
4 chicken breasts (these are some FAT chicken titties)
few ozs of smoked salmon
peanut butter jelly sand. on whole wheat
chicken sandwhich from jacknthebox
1 donut
orange juice
1 protein shake
various fruits and vegetables

i may have left out an item or two.

i started creatine too a couple days ago. i hope to at least see a 4-5lb gain by sunday.

and i know some of you may not think that is THAT much food, but it should be enough to make a 160lb skinny fuck grow! :D
 
Congrats man, goodluck with that keep us updated, Found an article on how to make a homemade weightgainer shake without having to go buy a tub of weightgainer, just two scoops protein shake with 16oz milk 2-3tbs natty pb canolia oil (optional) and whatever else you wanna add. Looking forward to trying it, I finished off all my protein powder at the moment waiting for some to come in the mail.
 
this last summer, on creatine and lots of food, i gained 30 pounds and 3 inches on my arms. of course some was fat but i gained a hell of a lot of mass.

i think i was very lucky, i probably had a growth spurt mixed with good training and lots of sleep and a load of food...shows what happens when you make sure everything's perfect. recipe for perfection
 
Did you eat just anything jeremy or just clean food? Right now I haven't been eating extremely clean but pretty clean with some junk on the side, not much fat so far but alittle.
 
when that miracle happened, i ate 'clean' foods. clean for me as in not too many sugar carbs...i ate pizza, lots of burger, steak, cheese, potatoes, sandwiches...god i had a lot of PB sandwiches, umm more pizza, LOTS of milk...8 or so eggs every morning, with cheese..and i love cranberry juice and orange juice, they're filled with sugar but i cant give it up. oh, but i never had ANY soda at all
 
but dont think creatine is as good as its hyped up to be. i gained half the weight on it, then the rest was within a couple weeks after i stopped. i think it had just as much a placebo effect as much as it helped physically
