A clean diet: High in protein. Moderate in fats, and carbs, and low in sugar
is the ticket for a lean body. I think the same applies to lipids which go up and down all the time. So take lipid supps on cycle to keep things reasonably level. And Statins are good insurance IMO

I also read a study a while back when I first graduated RN school about it is not the number of LDLs but the size. It is still unconclusive but they are doing more research on it.
Most cardiologists I have spoken to on this subject have different ideas on it but the say it is not your cholesterol that kills you its all the number together and genetics.
