Started my "new" routine for legs tonight. I did the 5x5 routine on squats and 2 sets of 10 on leg press.
Now I'm wondering a couple of things.
1. What kind of foot position should I have on leg press? I've always used a wide stance just 'cause it's the most comfortable.
2. Should I have the back of the seat all the way up or down?
What do you guys think?
