Turkey meatballs, whole wheat pasta, and Mom's homemade sauce used to be a staple. I'm not so big on the noodles right now.
Also....... Whole wheat pasta salad is good on the go food too. Whole wheat pasta, fat free italian dressing, onion, capers, black olives, sweet peas, and a couple cans of tuna or salmon and you're good to go. Especially if you're on the bulk.
