Food Allergies, What can replace these?

I am just finding out that I have allergies to oats, wheat, & orange juice. What can I use to replace oatmeal for breakfast? What things can I use in place of some of the above things? I really do love my oatmeal, but I can't stand the pain and itching I feel from the face and neck area that I get after eating it.

If you're looking for carb replacements for those foods then you might try beans, lentils, chickpeas, soy beans etc....and of course fruit other than citrus. Were you also tested for allergies to rye, barley, millet or any other grains? They are also good carb sources.

If all of the above fails, then you should just stick with spuds, sweet potatoes, corn, peas, rice and pumpkin for you carbs. Most people tolerate these foods very well.

I know you're prolly thinking none of this sounds like breakfast food, but that merely requires a mind shift.

i seem to be sensitive to most carbs..got tested and cant have OJ, barley, oats, bread, wheat, yeast etc etc

carb replacements consist of yoghurt, fruit, gluten-free cereals etc. i found out after i was nauseus all the time..so i went to a natropath, who told me to follow an "o-blood type' diet. my stomach has really settled, but it takes trial and error to work out what works for u and wot doesnt
