I'm try to get to the next level of my wing span. Mine is pretty decent, I've maxed out the PecDeck - free weights are at 75lbs (each arm) on flat bench flys and 55lbs (each arm) on incline flys. What other routines can I do to blast my wings out of the park without comprimising a natural range of motion? Of all the boards I've been to I know I'll get some good advice here, thanks...
