First of all I want to apologize if I put this in the wrong section but I figured fitness/training magazinses could go here since a lot of them have training tips and what not. Anyways, I was just wondering if anyone could recommend some good magazines. Magazines that don't just shove their product in your face and that is somewhat objective, wait does such a magazine exist?? I've tried Men's Fitness and it was alright. Any recommendations are appreciated. thanks

In my opinion, there really aren't such things out there. MuscleMag is ok, but the ads are really annoying. If you sat there and tore out all of the ads, then all you would have left is like 6-7 pages of info. I haven't found a good mag, yet. Good meaning telling me stuff that I don't already know. But I'm still searching.

Choice...

Try Muscle Media its full of great advice, sure its got ads but some kick ass articles (realy motivational!)

Muscular Development gives you the best, straight to the point information about supplements, training, and theories with lots of case studies and research sources.

ive never read muscular development, but i reccomend flex, they have good training, supplement, and interviews. muscle and fitness isnt too good in my opinion as most is about fitness, such as what you should do for good joints, stuff i dont care about, i think mags are great for motivation and information, except 90% of the workouts which most are overtraining, or contradicting once the next issue comes out.

They are all trash. I used to have a subscription to Flex, but after 3 issues, you already know all the training advice you're going to get from it. They just repeat the same things over and over and add in big pictures of borderline gay porn.

The absolute best magazine is Testosterone. It comes out once per week on the web and they also have a print version you can order. www.t-mag.com

They have the best strength coaches from all over the world writing for them. I can't believe you guys haven't heard of them yet. You will learn more from one issue of Testosterone than you will from 10 issues of Muscluar Development or MuscleMag or God help us, Muscle Media (barf).
