Hi, I'm 24 Male
5'8" 77kgs with around 17% bf
Lifting since last 4 years or so.
This is going to be my first time clen only cycle, I'll be doing it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off for 10 weeks.
Day1- 20mcg
Day2- 40mcg
Day3- 60mcg
Day4- 80mcg
Day5- 80mcg
Day6-12 - 100mcg
Day13- 80mcg
Day14- 60mcg
Off and then repeat.
My current supplement stack includes - ON Gold Standard Whey, Jack3d, BSN Cellmass, ON Creatine, ON Fish Oils, And a G-Bomb Glutamine.
I read somewhere that i shouldn't use Jack3d with Clen, is that true? Any advice?
