I went from 185 to 205lbs all my lifts are up too. bf% went from 14-17% tested using the electric hand held unit in my gym. I am holding my fat in the lower abdomen and lower pectoralis sections.
I will increase cardio sufficiently
..now what can I do to lose 6-7%bf and how hard will it be.
I am planning on eating alot of chicken because I get a good price on it through my job. Is it bad to just eat chicken and broccolli lol j/k any diet advice will be greatly appreciated along with any samples.
 
I would say read the diet stickys - seems like you just need to refresh your memory about remaining in a caloric deficit - I know Shadow tells me to do NO cardio right now and I am coming off a 10wk bulker where I put on 30lbs. I am soft in the gut and lower pecs as well.

Eat clean, lift hard, and don't over do cardio as being catabolic is way worse than being a few %'s over where you want on BF - you do not want to loose precious muscle. IMO.
 
very true...I would just like to get to 10% and see some abs...everytime I cut though I notice all my lifts go down and that fucks with the mental.
