long time no chat but I'll be popping in every now and again to see whats new. anywayyyyyyyy... you look great !! you look thicker now, did you gain weight since the last time we chatted? you werent 150 back then were you? it looks nice on you. the improvement on your legs is evident and looks oh so delicious.

I have gained a bit of muscle since we last chatted,,, especially in my legs,, basically all over.. dont know if i really like it sometimes,,, As always im never happy,,lol i just want to be shredded!! From the time i started back in November i was 128lbs, @ 12% b/f I am now 150lbs @ 10% b/f So i have made pretty good gains off a combo of Anavar/Winny/HGH/primo cycle.. Not all at the same time of course,,,
I will be starting an EQ and Primo cycle next week, and run that up till about December,, get my boobs done! Then get ready and do my first show!!!!

I believe its a level 5 (national qualifier) -- I'm not sure if you want bb or figure. Also verify if its tested or not. If you can get a copy of South FL Muscle it might have more information. Another show is the Gold Cup in Riviera Beach in early November, however its tested as well.

HBG -- finally found a more complete 2002 schedule for NPC shows:

I don't think they have posted the 2003 schedule yet. The shows of interest down here that are not tested as far as I know are the Southern States & the Florida State (this year is Sept 21).
