Figure Comp Questions, Oh so many!

Let me first off by saying I have taken AAS.
I've taken a cycle of 5mg-10mg of Winstrol alone.
And right now im doing a short cycle of 10mg Anavar for 8 weeks.
Also before ever taking both, Ive taken Liquid Clenbuteral.

Now my questions are, What is a good pre contest cycle?
Stacking? and how far out should you start?
And if you stay on it till the day OF the show?

Im 19 weeks out right now.
I mean ANY advice/help will be greatly greatly appreciated.
I mean anything! suit colors, fit, styles, tanning products, shoes..posing.diet..anything

Thank you girls!:)

My height is 5'3.
My weight right now is 144.
My body fat.. Honestly, I dont know. I talked to one of the trainers at the gym and he said my body fat was 33%.
Totally wrong. He used the Pinching one to measure it. But i think he told me high because he was edging me to train with him...$$ you know. I remember when i was heavy, in the 160ish they said my body fat was 27% with the hand held body fat measuring one.

How do i measure my bodyfat? my fiancee is really good about guessing body fat, but i dont know how you can determine how high/low it is? I am starting to workout with another girl who is also doing the same show as I. She has competed in a local natural show but is now switching over to NPC. She also works at the gym and tomorrow we where going to use the electric body fat one to see what it says...

I have read that thread, very informative. But im sure theres more to know!! =)

You definitely have to get an accurate body fat reading. At 5'3", 160lbs, 27% BF would net you 117lbs of lean body mass, which is a ton for that height. So I am very skepticle of this number. 33% @ 140 nets 94lbs of lbm, which might be closer. In reality, it's probably somewhere between those two.

Body fat testing scales are convenient but VERY moody based on your hydration level. I use an Omron HBF-516B which I've found to be quite accurate, but I still wouldn't just trust a spot reading on it. I check it daily, log the results, an over time the true value will become apparent.

Calipers are fantastic, assuming the operator knows how to use them properly.

A composition analysis like an in-water test is great, and a bod pod test can also e very accurate (one of these comes by my gym every month or so).

Hopefully some of that was helpful. I probably left out a bit but I'm on my phone which makes it difficult to be coheret.

So i forgot what it was called i used today.
It was one of those electric ones where you hold it out with both hands.
I had to put my age, height, weight, athletic build etc.
It said my body fat is at 22%. they said for me to subtract 3% because i didnt fast?
so 19% sounds about right.

electrical impedance bf testing is very unreliable as it is effected electrolyte levels, hydration, even the amount of food in your gut.

Probably the most accurate, most consistent method for the money is to find someone with a professional grade skin fold caliper who has been properly trained to use it.

I would probably suggest you give this comp a miss.
There is so much to learn before taking the stage.
I was planning on competing this year but have decided against it.
You have alot of questions that need answering and 19 weeks really isn't alot of time to find those answers plus train, eat, pose, and prepare for comp.
Ultimately its your decision though, good luck!
