i have about 10-12 weeks to really concentrate on my cycles at a time. the next month will be pretty much maintenance workout s to try to keep myself up. not by choice. what i am really looking to do is gain some lean muscle with few sides. i was going to try e-q but i don't have the time span to allow it to reach it's full potential. up mto now i have ran mostly test cycles, besides years ago.
