I got to get mine growing. been doing everything I think would work. what bout you guys? anyone bring the bar to your collar bone for incline? I'm gonna try it next o just can't get mine to pop like I need it to.

Hm ok ill try that put I usually do the 45degree but hey I obviously need to do something diff. Thx bro

I get a lot more upper chest growth from it being lowered. It takes a lot of the movement off your shoulders and more to your upper chest..

My problem here too. I see my lower/mid chest growing but upper not so much (kinda looks like a ramp instead of a boulder like I'd want). Doing Madcows (Bill Starrs) 5x5 but doing military press instead of incline since bench is already done twice a week but in thinking of maybe switching it. I don't know though....thoughts?

I flat bench to my throat, and do 3 levels of incline press, all to my throat. I get a lot of comments in the gym about how I am going to hurt my shoulders blah blah but have been doing this for a while now with appropriate (light) weight. I save my heavy presses for incline barbell.

I see lots of people with overdeveloped lower chest and to be honest, it looks funny.

Yeah I had a buddy of mine with a full upper chest and he told me to try that so I'm gonna pro try it out today. I'm thinking of trying a pre exhaust approach to try it out to take my shoulders out of it .

Heavy incline bench 5 reps x 4 sets. Finish with high rep incline db press 20 reps x 4 sets.
