Fat burning supps - any tweaking suggestions?

Hello all,

This is my first post - I've been lurking for awhile. I've been taking the supps and I need to kick it up a notch! I'm ok on nutrition and exercise (do both cardio & weight lifting) - I just need some suggestions on making the supplements I bought more effective.

Here's what I currently do (btw, I weigh about 130lbs, 5'7"):

before I go to the gym in the am for cardio: 1 cardio breeze, YES, + 1 banana so i dont throw up from the CB.

just before/at breakfast: 1 Trex + 2 sesapure

with snack #1: 2 levorex

with lunch: 1 Trex + 2 sesapure

with snack #2: 2 levorex (about 4pm)

I don't take anything after that.

I just placed a new order for all of the above and some glucorell (which I dont know when I should take?). So, does anyone have any ideas for more efficient fat burning? I'v been taking the supps for about 2 months now, and the amount I take does not make me jittery.

ps - my observations about the supps - these are by far the best ones I've tried, and I've tried just about everything that's legal.
YES makes my ass sweat ALOT more than normal when I do cardio (which I consider a good thing).
Trex and cb will make me barf unless I eat something with it like a banana or 1/2 energy bar. Which is weird cause I usually have a stomach of iron that is not sensitive.

anyway,

thanks for reading my post!

Thanks for posting up your opinions! Great to have others comments as well :)
It's weird you have that reaction to Cardio Breeze, seeing it lacks the ingredients that can CAUSE potential stomach issues from the T-Rex. And you only take one too? Hmm , that's Interesting. :)

I would allow at least 3 hours in b/w the stims so you are not OVER stim'd , but from what you said, you are NOT jittery .. if it works, keep it :)

Glucorell - it's recommended 1 cap before small meals, 2 caps before large meals , OR 1 cap for every 30 grams of carbs 15-30 minutes prior to meals ... for best results it says shoot for 15 min. :)

no offense.....

but.....

as great as the AF products are - they wont do jack for a shitty diet/training program.

so.....more info please

Who would take offense to such a true statement :) I couldn't agree more :)

thanks for the reply!
The CB upset stomach doesn't happen everytime, but that one experience was enough to make me eat everytime now! Maybe I had eaten some bad food or something like that, but my brain associated CB = nausea.

And the time between Trex dosage #1 and trex #2 is about 6 hours.

anyway, thanks again for the input!

oh, I'm not offended at all - There's always room for improvement with the diet !
I was trying to keep it simple though so ya'll wouldn't be dragged into this big long thing and have to spend much time on me.

but here goes:

1 banana pre-workout

breakfast: oatmeal w/ scoop of protein + either egg whites or veggie sausage patty

snack: RTD EAS protein shake (low carb)

lunch: "chicken" fajitas - veggie chicken strips, 2 small whole wheat tortillas with lettuce and salsa and 1 oz fat free cheese + 1 apple + yogurt

snack #2 - 1/2 c. cottage cheese + raw veggies with a teeny bit of ranch dip + dried fruit or a snack pack of dried fruit and nuts

on days I weight train with trainer (2x week)- yogurt or an energy bar before workout

dinner - veggie burger with cheese and sugar free whole wheat bun or other fake meat product with wheat bun + steamed veggies + sugar free fudgecicle!

ok, and I'll admit I usually have a square of dark chocolate sometime after that.

and I usually have a cheat day saturday or sunday

for cardio exercise - I followed Hal higdon's running plan - I just got through doing the 1/2 marathon. and now I will be joining a swim team to get my endurance up for the relay team I will be on for a triathalon - I'm the swimmer. So I will be swimming 3x a week, keeping up running 3-5 miles 3x a week, and do a cross training on a day I dont feel like running.

thanks ya'll!

ps - can you tell I'm a vegetarian?! :)

er....

ok...how many cals are you eating??

Protein, fat, carbs??

bodyfat??

excellent, I will check out fitday!

bodyfat - last time I checked between 17-18%
calories - probably around 1700.
fat - don't know I try to stick to low fat stuff in general
protein - I just make sure I hit over 100g a day
carbs - ??
this is probably an area I need work in?! doing the ratio type calculation stuff..I just try to eat healthy, low fat, hit my 100g of protein.

As for the YES - I've been using it about 2 months...the thing about that is I don't know if the results I see are because of that or because of that in addition to the fat burning supps. My butt is a little smaller without extra work or any diet changes I can say that much.

Not a huge difference, but to me any difference is a plus! Like I said, my butt sweats a lot when I use it. I'm normally a non-sweater, as in I can run 5 miles on the treadmill and not even break a sweat, but the back of my shorts get wet when I use the YES - almost like I sat in a puddle (note to self: wear navy or black shorts to save embarassment). I only put it on my rear end, hips, and thighs.

thanks!
