Blog Day #3
Hey ya'll,
This has been the toughest past couple of days that I've had in a while. The good thing is I have tried to definitely stick to my nutrition plan, and workout. This morning I had spin at 6am. Last night I hit back, bis, tris and abs. Tonight Legs, Lower Back, chest. I made the best salmon EVER. I modifed the sweet potatoe for brown rice. Everything has been pretty good though. Personally school is stressing me out. I had 3 finals today and a 10 pg paper due today, I still have 1 final exam tomorrow night and a 20pg paper due Friday. Ididnt get ANY sleep last night so I'm going to sleep tonight and stay up tomorrow night, soooooo wish me luck!!!!!
