exercises for rear deltoid head

what are some good exercises for the shoulder, specifically to focus on the rear deltoid head. such as behind the head shoulder press
 
i do bent over lat raises( chest supported) , wide grip bb rows(chest supported) .reverse pyramids , 2 warm up sets at 50 % working weight then 2 sets with working weight for 4 reps then 3 more sets lowering the weight and increase the reps each set so the last set is about 10 reps
 
pre exhaust with reverse pec deck or reverse bumbell flyes and follow up with yates rows. Always blasts the crap out of my rear delts.
 
Face pulls
 
Bloke, I have lady shoulders. Trying to get the backside of my delt larger. Had shoulder injury previously. Kinda looks like I got 2/3 of a shoulder
 
i love face pulls and reverse pec deck.. but nothing blast my rear delts when i lift FKNNNNNNNNNNNNN heavy on back day
 
to isolate the rear delt I use reverse pec decks and bent over laterals with 5-7 sets, 12-15 rep ranges.

^^This is my best advice too. ^^

I have great delt separation and definition, and this advice is how I got there. (Don't be envious, and I'm not boasting... my delts are about the ONLY thing that I've worked up to where I want them, LOL).

I typically do 4 or 5 sets reverse pec deck at 130-150 lbs; varying seat height, and 6-10 reps.
