How much of lifting weights is about physical strength and how much of it is about mental strength?
Anyway as an idea I am contemplating the following completely unique exercise. Start at a big dumbell wrack facing the dumbells at the 80's pick them up and stand straight, then put them back. Then go to the 85's, the 90's and up as high as you can go. And really try to feel the weight and have good form as your skeleton and muscles operate to move the weight.
