Everybody still big on GW 50156?

GW is the bomb. I've only ordered from sarms1 and it's always been very solid. Running it right now and it's leaning me up really well. Can't comment on the cardio effects as I don't really do cardio haha

you really should.Maybe gw biggest postive effect, its ability to increase cardio endurance .You are missing the boat,by not using that to your advantage

If you combined the GW with some cardio you'd be amazed at how much more you could lean out, and the endurance benefit makes the cardio a piece of cake

This is very true, I never really need to do cardio unless I'm going for sub 6% for contests, the rest of the year I'm happy at around 9-10%
My cardio when i do it consists of a spin bike for 20 mins post workout and the GW works wonders for endurance, recovery and also pushing past previous injuries! Esp when stacked with ostarine. When I don't do cardio on GW, I find it helps with not gaining fat, rather than burning what I have, but as I say that's without additional cardio.

I'll give it a shot, I just hate it so much. Love getting a great pump and lifting heavy but cardio bores me to death. When I do cardio I do HIIT so maybe that's why I dislike it so much. I can say that GW works without cardio though. I haven't dropped much weight but my bf keeps going down and my strength is great. I eat at a deficit 4 - 5 days a week then crush huge meals 2 - 3 days a week. I also utilize IF every day from 10pm to 1pm which helps as well.
 
Ok so I've been doing cardio since our discussion in here and I have to say I'm impressed. I've definitely got increased endurance although I swear like a pig (who knows if that from the GW or some other compound I'm taking).

Running a mile on the tread pre-lift in under 10 minutes then crushing my workouts. I know it's not much but I usually average 6.8 mph and 3.5 incline. I just feel a little self conscious plodding along noisily at 240lbs on a treadmill when I've got little gazelle-like women running next to me weighing probably less than 115lbs and somehow making no noise.

Give it a nice run with cardio bro.Thats the beauty of gw, it makes cardio more enjoyable because it seems much easier also.Ill look in here again in a few days and see how its going.
