Ok so I've been doing cardio since our discussion in here and I have to say I'm impressed. I've definitely got increased endurance although I swear like a pig (who knows if that from the GW or some other compound I'm taking).
Running a mile on the tread pre-lift in under 10 minutes then crushing my workouts. I know it's not much but I usually average 6.8 mph and 3.5 incline. I just feel a little self conscious plodding along noisily at 240lbs on a treadmill when I've got little gazelle-like women running next to me weighing probably less than 115lbs and somehow making no noise.
