My left bicep and tricept are lagging compared to my right. Almost everybody has it but I thought over time (3yrs) the weaker arm would catch up a little. I havn't tried any iso work yet. Theres only a half inch difference but visually its pretty damn annoying. Everywhere else it pretty dang close.
Should I just shut up and make them both bigger or is there any tricks?
