energy for training

ive been cutting for about 5-6 weeks now and my energy levels are recently starting to drop. im on a 70-30-10 p-c-f type diet and was wondering when and what to eat to give me the energy level to bust ass in the gym . it hasnt hurt my workouts that much yet but i want to do something before it does.

I would advise u to eat ur carb meals and train early in the day. Decrease ur carbs as the day goes on. Natural testostorone levels are highest early and since ur training and having ur carb meals early should still have some strength from carbs.

I dont know if u are doing cardio early in the day if u are u might want to alternate if u train early do cardio later in the day.

A fat burner will also give u an added spike of energy.
(Read this over and realised i used the word early like a dozen times forgive the grammar.)early

If you are truly concerned with your carb. intake and you would like an alternative to the ephadrine, try a coffee or tea. I did train for about two years early in the morning and had no trouble with energy; however, many of the people I trained with brought in what looked like super-big-gulps filled with Java.

I would up fat to 20% and drop protein to 60%.

or try a 50pro/35carb/15fat split. That works wonders for me.

I would either suggest raising your carb intake, switching over to more low-glycemic carbs, or maybe trying a ephedrine type pre-workout stimulator.

The first time I ever took an ECA type stack I was bouncing off the walls and totally jacked during my workout. Helped me! Good luck bro.
:D:D

If your in astate of negative energy balance then you are going to feel tired regardless, the best option is stimulants, rather than dietary manipulation, if your diets working why change it.

Protein makes for a very poor energy source. 10% fat is not enough...I would up the fats to 20% and raise the carbs to and protein to 40%. Eat low GI carbs and you'll solve any energy problems..45 min. pre-workout take 5 grams creatine.
