- Zinc Picolinate: 15 mg/day (recently resumed)
- Whey Protein Isolate: 30 g/day on non-training days; 60 g/day on training days
- Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3): 4000 IU/day (seasonal use during winter)
- Creatine Monohydrate: 5 grams/day (2 months of use)
- Theanine: 200 mg/day taken before sleep (2 months of use)
