I like eq in the 900-1200mg range personally, but I know people are going to gasp at that. Although it's one of my favorite compounds I do feel it's much weaker and needs to be run a bit higher because of the heavier ester weight
For the sake of harm reduction though: 400-600mg a week should be plenty and add some nice fullness and vascularity. EQ takes times to ramp up but I usually notice the vascularity boost within the first week or two at around 9-10% bf
