Just curious what would be good choice of stuff for building my leg stamina as well as strength for an endurance/fitness situation.
I run to keep the cardio in check but this is 13 miles and to be honest i have only 6 weeks to go from 6 mile max to double. YET i want to keep my overall strength. I'm good without gaining while im training for this but i was thinking more along the lines of wtf you hear people taking training for olympic trials. when they catch some russian on gear that was taking something for decathons they never say what in the world it was. anyways... ideas? thanks and yes this is a random topic.
