The only carb calories I generally intake are
1. oats
2. yams
3. green veggies
4. fruit juice (100% with NO NO high fructose corn sweetener) added to protein shake

dont worrie if you are young and you work out whole eggs wont hurt u! just eat them whole thats wear all the nutrients are. even when cutting i eat them hole cuz you need to get enouph fats and vitamins in ur diet.
