I would like to add my efferv creatine while on CKD.
I know it's 18g of carbs, dextrose...
How contraindicated is this, if taken post-workout?
Considering, I would have only say... 4-8 carbs from green veggies (iceberge and green lettuce) the remainder of the day (split into 2 meals), would this kill my ketosis?
Basically does effervescent creatine belong in the equation below?
Example day (Day 1-2394 cals, 225g fat, 90g protein):
Meal 1
pepperoni slices
ECA
Fat 39g
Protein 15g
Carbs 0
Meal 2
SAME
Meal 3
Green salad
Parmesan Cheese
Caesar Dressing w/flax added
Pepperoni

Carbs 4g (2 of that being fiber)
